会员与恢复购买

请使用原购买 Apple 账户。在首页进入「语音强提醒」→「高级云端机器人」，在订阅页底部点「恢复购买」。会员状态由 Apple 有效购买记录决定；更新不会要求有效会员重复购买。

提醒没有响

请检查系统通知权限、通知声音、专注模式和静音设置，并确认提醒时间、启用状态及所选音色。系统设置可能影响通知送达或声音。

云端语音失败

请检查网络和语音额度，稍后重试，或选择本地语音。会员和云端用量分别核验。

取消订阅

在 iPhone「设置」→ Apple 账户 →「订阅」中管理或取消。删除应用不会取消订阅。

Contact and troubleshooting

Email the developer with your app version, iOS version, reproduction steps and a screenshot if useful. Do not send passwords. Restore purchases from the subscription page using the original Apple purchase account. Check notification permissions, Focus and sound settings for reminder issues. Cloud voices require network access and available quota. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
